With 25 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping world-class racquet programs at The Princess Anne Country Club (VA) and Lancaster Country Club (PA), excelling as a Director of Racquets, Head Tennis Professional, and Staff Professional.
Michael’s influence extends far beyond the court. He holds elite certifications from USPTA, PTR, PPR, PPTR, and USTA, demonstrating his commitment to the highest professional standards. A dedicated leader in the industry, he has served as President of the USPTA Middle States Division, a member of the USPTA National Mentoring Board, and the USPTA Adaptive Tennis Committee. Additionally, he is a PPR National Clinician and a distinguished graduate of the Certified Racquet Sports Executive Program.

Dan Santorum is a distinguished leader in the world of racquet sports education, best known for his 38‑year tenure as President & CEO of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). Under his visionary management, PTR grew from a modest 2,500‑member group spanning 68 countries to a thriving global network of over 16,500 coaches across 125 countries.​

Dan pioneered key initiatives, including the PTR ACE Program in the early ’90s to diversify coaching, and the PTR on Campus program in 2005 to engage younger professionals. He also led workshops on six continents—over 450 global sessions—including becoming the first to offer training in all 50 US states and three territories.  His efforts earned him numerous honors: International Tennis Hall of Fame Educational Merit Award, ITF Service to the Game Award, and inductions into the Southern, South Carolina, and Middle States Tennis Halls of Fame. Dan also served in leadership roles within USTA and sits on multiple professional boards.  In March 2024, Dan concluded his PTR chapter, leaving the organization with a legacy of innovation and excellence, as it continues to exceed 20,000 members across racquet sports. He now directs Racketpro, a training and education entity for racket‑sport coaches including pickleball.

Mark is the founder and president of McMahon Careers. Recognized and awarded by his industry peers, Mark is acclaimed as an astute and insightful Search Consultant, Education Provider and Career Coach. Mark combines the discipline and dedication of being a former world-class competitor with over 30 years of private club excellence and relevant experience to every search and professional engagement.   

Mark's career includes being Director of Tennis at two of America's most distinguished private-club programs clubs, Boca West Country Club (Boca Raton, FL), and Dunwoody Country (Atlanta, GA). He was a founding faculty member and a speaker at CMAA's original Sports Management Education Program for BMI 1 on Tennis Operations at Georgia State University and has presented at the CMAA World Conference, the IHRSA annual convention, the Racquet Sports Professionals Association World Conference and the PTR International Symposium. Mark has also served as an invited speaker at club management and tennis conferences in Australia, Germany and Russia. He served for 9 years on the Board of Directors for RSPA and as president of the association’s Florida Division.
