To me, DCA is honestly like having the entire racquet industry’s cheat sheet right in my pocket. There have been so many times when I’ve run into a tough issue or just needed a second opinion, and I could just shoot a text to Jarrett, Chris, or Michael.

 

They’ve always connected with me instantly, and every single time, they’ve come back with the perfect solution. Beyond the business side of it, though, those guys have truly become close friends.

I’ve belonged to the Directors Club for the last two years. We’ve hosted the DCA conference at Boca West Country Club in 2024 and 2025 and will be doing the same in the spring of 2026.

 

I’m throughly impressed with the culture and the organization as a whole that has been established. I really have enjoyed the camaraderie at the DCA conferences which is attributed to Jarrett Chirrico, Chris Gale and Micheal Jordon for establishing this wonderful environment.

 

The DCA is all about the connections we make in the racquet sports industry. Which is made up of industry leaders from around the country led by General Managers, RS Directors, pros, equipment and clothing manufacturers.
